Surf & pier action: Target ±1 hr around high tides when baitfish and predators are moving shoreward.

In-shore channels/inlets: Fish around the start or end of tide changes; low slack can be golden
.

Evening bite: With calm water and moon overhead nearing dusk, 6–9 PM is particularly promising.

Bait & lures: Use shrimp, beach worms, and cut bait. Light spoons or soft plastics mimic local forage in shifting waters.

Courtney Kostelecky is no stranger to marketing. He started his marketing career in the late 90's.

After I got tired of the snow and brutally cold winters, I decided to move to Myrtle Beach. I didn't have 'Walk on the beach in a snowstorm on m
2025 bingo card :)

It's ironic that shortly after I relocated to Myrtle Beach, my company was named one of the top 10 marketing agencies. 

Although we've worked with some major companies, we really like to provide quality and affordable marketing services to local businesses.

South Carolina Living- Part 2

Bhagavan "Doc" Antle, known for his appearance on "Tiger King," has been sentenced to just over a year in federal prison after pleading guilty to wildlife trafficking and money laundering. Antle, who runs Myrtle Beach Safari, admitted to illegally buying and selling endangered animals, such as cheetahs, lions, tigers, and a young chimpanzee, in violation of federal law.

He also laundered more than $500,000 he believed to be from human smuggling, attempting to disguise the transactions through his nonprofit, Rare Species Fund. Along with prison time, Antle faces a $55,000 fine, three years of supervised release, and must forfeit three chimpanzees acquired unlawfully.

 His case is part of broader legal fallout among "Tiger King" personalities. While Myrtle Beach Safari still operates, the verdict raises concerns about the fate of its animals. Locals and animal advocates hope for stronger protections and ethical care for endangered wildlife moving forward.

From 5 Star Healthy Smoothies to 5 Star Burger with Zero Regrets...

After featuring a  5-star star fabulous  smoothie spot that put health front and center, I figured it was only fair to balance the scale with a 5-star detour into delicious indulgence.

 Enter: Cook Out. Because sometimes, the best kind of balance is a burger, onion rings, cheese and a milkshake that makes you forget you ever counted calories.

After running some errands the other day, it was getting close to lunch time, so I stopped in at Cookout on Kings Hwy.

I ordered the tray #1 with a single patty with cheese, cheese curds and onion rings. (Don't tell my cardiologist) 

The burger was hot and fresh and juicy and was well seasoned.  
Instead of a drink, I chose s shake. They have a lot of different shakes, but I chose the seasonal Watermelon shake.

Wow!. Fresh frozen watermelon cubes in a rich creamy shake! It was sooo sweet and delicious. The downside is that it's only available in July and August. 

In today's economy, it's hard to believe that you can get fresh quality food at reasonable prices. (The cookout tray is $7.99 and includes 2 sides and a drink.
